Honey Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

Salt, Cajun, Paprika

2 eggs

1/2 tbsp Franks RedHot buffalo sauce

1/2 cup crushed cornflakes

1/2 tsp cayenne

1 Tbsp smoked paprika

100 ml Franks RedHot buffalo sauce

1/4 cup honey

Willy's Chilis Peach Habanero or Peach Reaper (depending on spice tolerance)

Instructions:

1. Season chicken with salt, cajun, and paprika

2. In a bowl, add eggs and 1/2 tbsp buffalo sauce

3. In a separate bowl, add cornflakes, cayenne, and smokes paprika

4. Dip chicken into wet ingredients, then dry ingredients (multiple times)

5. Air fry at 375 degrees F for 16-18 minutes OR bake at 400 degrees F for 18-22 minutes

6. While cooking, mix 100 ml buffalo sauce, honey, and Willy's Chilis in a pan at low heat

7. Once finished cooking, add sauce to the chicken
