Mahi Fish Tacos

Ingredients:

Avocado Lime Coleslaw -

1 coleslaw mix bag

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 avocado

1/2 cup cilantro roughly chopped

2 garlic cloves

3 tbsp lime juice

1 fresh jalapeno (cored and seeded)

1/2 tsp Kosher salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Aioli -

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp lime juice

1/2 tsp chili powder

 Pinch of kosher salt & pepper

Mahi -

4 tsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder,

1 tsp Kosher salt

2 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

 4 fillets mahi

Garnish -

1/2 cup fresh cilantro

1/2 cup sliced radish

2 chopped jalapeños

Willy's Chilis Peach Habanero or Peach Reaper 

Instructions:

Avocado Lime Coleslaw -

1. Combine all ingredients besides the coleslaw mix bag

2. Blend mix of ingredients

3. Add blend into coleslaw and mix

Aioli -

1. Mix all ingredients

Mahi -

1. Mix all ingredients besides mahi in a separate bowl

2. Rub on mahi

3. Grill until internal temperature is 145 degrees F (around 6 minutes per side)

Assemble tacos and add garnishes. Choose hot sauce based on spice tolerance
