My mentor, Bianca, has been a huge help in starting up Willy's Chilis.  She has always been there for me whenever I had questions or got stuck on something.  She helped explain cottage law, licenses, shelf life, and so much more that she has had previous experience in.

The reason my mentor knows so much in this area is because she owns a salsa company called

OC Salsa Rica. To show the scale of her company, she has sold over $40 million and over 12 million lbs of salsa over the past ten years. Her company even recently got featured on KIIS-FM!
